The experience with KOPA was excellent, in all stages. The project leader Ms Laura Aleksanian was extremely helpful and anticipated many questions. She was very keen to help during the process from the tender to the production (and delivery). The technical advice of the printers was excellent, too and I guess that the result would not have been half as good, had KOPA staff not been so precise in their testing our documents. Their advice was very good and their attention continuous. The final result is excellent, too. We have been delivering to various booksellers and they are unanimous in their appreciation, as are the authors. 
And I fully agree: the work is excellent and the experience has been a pleasure throughout. I will not fail to recommend KOPA to my relations, who are working in the field of architectural publishing. And I hope that we can continue to collaborate on future issues of our journal.
